Job Site Automations is run by JD Steinberger. This page explains what personal information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what actually happens here — not a template of things this site does not do.

What is collected

Your email address, and only if you give it. Several pages offer a free checklist, tracker or blueprint in exchange for an email address. If you fill in one of those forms, the address you type is what is collected. Nothing on this site asks for your name, company, phone number or payment details.

You can read every page here, and download nothing, without providing anything.

What is not collected

There are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. The only external service any page loads is the sign-up form itself, described below. This was verified on 3 October 2026 by inspecting what the live pages actually load.

Who processes it

Sign-up forms and the emails that follow are handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), operating as a service provider. Your email address is stored on Kit’s systems. Their privacy policy is published at kit.com/privacy.

The sign-up form is embedded from Kit’s servers, so loading a page that carries one means your browser contacts Kit. That is how the form appears at all.

Email tracking

Emails sent to you record whether they were opened and whether links in them were clicked. This is a standard Kit feature and it is currently switched on. It is used to judge whether the material being sent is worth sending. If you would rather not be measured this way, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email stops both the emails and the tracking.

Why your address is used

Two reasons, and no others:

  • To send you the specific file you asked for.
  • To send further build-alongs, tools and updates of the same kind, until you tell it to stop.

Your address is never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else’s marketing. It is not passed to any third party other than the service provider named above, except where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Your address is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, the record is kept only so that you are not emailed again, and is removed on request.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe at any time — every email carries a link, and it works immediately.
  • Ask what is held — email the address below and you will be told.
  • Ask for deletion — email the address below and your record will be removed.

No account, no form and no justification is needed for any of these. An email is enough.
